TRP Posted March 26, 2017 Report Share Posted March 26, 2017 If you missed last night, you missed a very good opening night! And, the last checker flew at 10:29 pm! We know several teams are still getting ready and we are anxious to see you! We are very pleased with how well the night went overall! This new team worked well and we learned a lot in the first night and want to only improve moving forward to continue to make this a place where racers want to race and families want to spectate. And how about that Announcer, Owen Pittman. A star! Kevin Sullivan will be starting in the flagstand next race. Next race is in two weeks! The Texana School Bus was such as success, we will do it attain in two weeks plus the chance for a kid to be drawn to take a few laps with their favorite driver at intermission! The racing was awesome in the features in every class and we are blessed to have the caliber of teams that we have coming to TRP. Thank you also for picking up your trash. Amazing again how clean the place was on Sunday morning. We want you to feel this is where you always want to come because of the atmosphere and how you will be treated. Thank you again everyone.
