CC Speedways plans!

I do not like to say anything on here because every word I say is dissected to something way out of the truth. Fact is I still own CC and just want everyone to know that the auction was a mistake on my part. There are some great people behind CC and I can say they love the track as much as I do. But when one stands up for the track he or she is fair game for the haters on here. The fact is I have rented part of the parking lot to the company that is building the new bridge for a great amount of money! I will for once since I bought the track turn a profit. They will not touch the track or pits but will make some awesome improvements to the fence , parking lot and electrical plus allot more. I did have plans to have some racing this year but after this last slamming I reconsidered But believe me when I say CC is not dead! I have got to get my other investments back up to where they were before I started spending all my time at the track.I do want to say thank you to the people that tried to stand up for me like Sam, John, Robbin, Miss Yocum, Ivan and alot more that would take up to much typing. And to the haters At least know what you talking about before you open you mouth Come at me like a man not a coward! DAN

Dan: In behalf of all Texas Pro Sedans drivers and officials, please be advised that we have held together as the oldest racing organization in Texas. When you are ready to resume racing at the oldest asphalt short track in Texas, TPS is ready and willing to support your program as we have done at CC Speedway since Frank Hoch was running the facility back in the 1980’s.

We want you and CC Speedway to succeed and to be an important part of our 42nd consecutive racing season.

Please call me and our TPS Representative in Corpus Christi Russ Martin when you are ready to discuss race agreements and schedules.

Btw: Whenever the first TPS race is contested at CCS, we’d like your OK to dedicate it to a departed TPS member from Corpus Christi, Rico Gutierrez.

Thank you - Neil Upchurch

Definitely good news. Like so many others I grew up going to CC Speedway as a child. Absolutely a favorite of mine and so many more. Can't wait to be able to race the bullring again. Let me know how I can help when you're ready to start up again Dan and Kandi.

Dan and Ms Kandy,

With all sincerity, weather it be this year, next year or in later years my offer is always on the table to help out with Corpus Christi Speedway and i wouldn't expect anything in return other than the Firm handshake and the Friendship yall have always presented to me. i / you know there are haters out there, BUT i guarantee you the scales are in your families favor on the people who Appreciate , Admire and Respect you. Dan you and Anthony have always taken the time outta your race schedule weather it be here or in Kyle just to shoot the breeze with me and with sincerity ask me how I'm doing and how my lifes going and what my thoughts were on whatever it might be at the time that im racing that night, I have always admired you for GENUINELY being concerned and jabbing at me to go out and have fun and be safe doing it and.

Dan you and your family have been good to me and ill end this the way i started it, Ive got mowers, ive got paint brushes, ive got lots of basic tool and i have free time on my hands most of the time and a strong back..... just let me know where i might be most useful and i'll get it done

Thank you again to the Monroe Family, when the time comes to work i believe we will have ALOTTA help and will be able to knock some task out quickly.

Ever since I remember there have been bogus rumors about CC Speedway. I don't know Dan as well as a lot of you guys but I know him well enough to know that track will remain as long as he has a say so. When it opens I will come watch races and drink some beer.
