lucasracing
Does anyone still run a 3 link modified competitively or is everyone run a 4 link? The reason I ask, is we are building a new modified this winter to run next spring. We raced asphalt for years up in Michigan-Indiana-Ohio. We intended on building another asphalt car to run at HMP but that appears to be out of the question so it looks like were going back to the dirt after 20 years away. If a 3 link car is equal, that's what were going with since its what we know but if we need to have a 4 link to run up front then that's what we build and start learning. Just curious and interested in any guidance
sm44
3 links run on the heavy track well. Once it slicks off the 3 links have forward drive issues. Build a 4 link and study up.
