As Tom was in the hospital with breathing complications Tommy was there visiting his dad and stepped outside to talk on the phone and went into cardiac arrest and passed away last night. Tommy has always been a vital part of the San Antonio stock car racing community and you somehow expected him to always be there making cars go fast.
