NCRA Mod Lites Ready for Weekend Double-Header!

Park City, Kansas – August 31, 2016 - The National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products mod-lite division is set for a Labor Day weekend double-header as they head to Salina Speedway in Salina, Kansas on Friday night before heading straight south to 81 Speedway in Park City for a Saturday night event as part of the tracks annual “Steve King Memorial.”

Also running at 81 Speedway will be the series sprint, crate late model and modified divisions.

The mod-lites are led by two-time and defending champion Justin Kinderknecht. He holds a slim fifteen-point lead over Dustin Forsberg while Ryan Ayers, Trace Ayers, Brandon Gray, Cody Kretchmar, Drew Hilt, Mike Zrubek, Owen Edwards and Andrew Halpain the top ten in the standings. Close to twenty drivers from three different states are expected to compete during both night’s on the tour.

Salina Speedway grandstands open at 5:30 PM with racing slated around 8:00 PM. Grandstand admission will be $12 for adults; kids fifteen and under free along with current and retired military; all seniors 55 and up (with ID) get in for just $6.

Gates open at 5:00 PM with racing slated for a 7:00 PM start time. Grandstand admission prices are $20 for adults; children 6-10 just $5 while kid ages five and under will be admitted free. All pit passes will be $30.
