Royal Purple Raceway launches mobile device-optimized website
BAYTOWN, Texas (August 3) -- Royal Purple Raceway has a new online home with today's launch of an innovative new website located at www.RaceRPR.com. The site offers a new look, modern desktop and mobile-optimized functionality, integrated social media and news feeds features, and a fan-friendly Fan Guide section.

Users visiting www.RaceRPR.com can expect several improvements over the previous Royal Purple Raceway website, including:

New easy-to-click URL -- www.RaceRPR.com
Mobile-friendly navigation for smart phones and tablets
Integrated real-time social media feeds on the home screen
Upgraded Events Calendar with download tools
Improved Fan Guide Section
"The objective for this new website was to build a platform that matched the habits and trends of our customers migration to an advanced mobile and digital environment," Royal Purple Raceway Vice President Seth Angel said. "The research we have done and the analytic data we track confirms that our fans are increasingly consuming content, purchasing event tickets, and viewing our social media channels from their mobile devices. We wanted to stay on top of their demands."

The launch of www.RaceRPR.com follows the recent release of Royal Purple Raceway's state-of-the-art mobile-app -- Race RPR -- which is available for free download in the iOS and Android stores.

For 28 years, Royal Purple Raceway has been the home of professional and Sportsman drag racing in Southeast Texas. Built in the Houston suburb of Baytown, the track is very close to sea-level, both geographically and altitude-wise, making it's oxygen-rich climate the perfect place for record-setting performances each year. The track boasts luxury suites, a modern 12,000 square foot Tower Club for VIP guests and special events, and easy ingress and egress via State Highway 99.

The 30th annual NHRA SpringNationals return April 21-23, 2017, and will be broadcast live on the Fox Sports 1 network.
