NCRA Modifieds Ready for Saturday Night Race Action!

Park City, Kansas – May 23, 2016 - Two-time and defending tour champion Dan Powers of Wichita and Enid, Oklahoma’s Greg Burt both sit atop the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division point standings as race number two takes place this Saturday night at 81 Speedway in Park City.

While both are tied in the standings it was Woodward, Oklahoma’s Cole Traugott who picked up his first career series victory in the season opener back on April 16 at 81 Speedway. Traugott and Joe Adams are both five points out of the point lead while Scott Green, former tour champions Tyler Davis and Brian Franz sit just 25 points out of the lead. Tanner Mullens and Kyler Kemp sit tied for eighth in the standings while Beau Smith and Johnny Whitmore are tied for tenth. Twenty-six drivers from three states competed in the season opener and more drivers are expected this Memorial Day Holiday weekend.

Also competing will be the NCRA/NSL 360-ci sprint car division.

Gates at 81 Speedway will open at 5:00 PM on Saturday with race time slated for 7:00 PM. Grandstand admission prices are $15 for adults; children 6-10 just $5 while kid ages five and under will be admitted free. 81 Speedway is located north of Wichita on I-135 to exit 16, then 0.7 mile west on 77th street in Park City.
