Starting lineup rules change

Recommended Posts

Just after the last drivers' meeting, It was brought to my attention by a Lone Star Legacy driver that I have been misapplying the starting lineup rule since day one. And he is 100% correct. As a result, we are changing the wording of the LSL rules to match the way we have been setting the lineup all along.

I apologize for this and hope you accept my apology.

The rule now reflects the revised wording:

1. Starting order will be determined by driver point average. The field at any given race will be divided in half with the high point average drivers starting up front, but inverted by point average. The lower point-average drivers will start behind the higher point-average drivers, but not inverted. If an odd number of competitors are at a given race, the larger smaller number will start up front with the higher point-average drivers.
