TheCloser
It appears that a post I made a while back got under the skin of a few people. It was only a comparison of public knowledge about purses and tire costs. Yes it may be too early to tell on how long the Towel City tires will stay competitive. But in my opinion and testimonies of drivers who have raced on them on asphalt with much heavier cars than Limited Modifieds these tires are known for long life. These drivers who have experience on the Towel City tires are Kale Westover Robby Ybarra and David Welch Secondly there were no tracks named in the post. The purses were listed as "Track 1, Track 2, Track 3...etc." This was in no way, shape, or form an attack on ANY local track. Just an attempt to build car count for our series. I apologize if it came off as an attack on any tracks. I will do everything in my power to support local tracks all across Texas. Got some dirt tires and I'm planning on racing at STS on May 28th & 29th.
arob
The worst thing about social media.Words can be interperated opposite of what was meant.Anyone who knows Cody even slightly knows no ill intent was meant. He is just trying to do the best for his series.
