But I'd like to offer a prayer to those who have stepped up to run a race track.If this is out of place feel free to delete.....Lord, give strength to those who chose to own/promote race tracks not only in Texas but around the country. They give so much of their time to provide entertainment to hundreds, thousands and millions of fans.Many times they receive no credit but take on a ton of blame.Yet they endure and continue to promote the sport they love. Racing may be low on the totem pole of priorities but it doesn't diminish the love , passion and effort they give so others can enjoy the fruits of their efforts.Amen. I think it is a blessing to have the people that give up so much of their time to give us a place to race. Not just owners and promoters but all workers at the tracks, especially ( tech officials).
