pirana1969
The entry for Sportmods, Modlites/ Dwarf and pure stock at USMTS will just be a pit pass fee. We will be running IMCA southern sportmod rules for this race. It's not a IMCA sanction race FYI. We look forward to your participation.
arob
You CBS guys and girls bring em on down! This is a fun track to race on! Plus USMTS to boot! Plus internet exposure!(I think ).I know USMTS has been to Houston and Waco. But the atmosphere at Shady Oaks is something pleasently different. Find out for yourself! JohnnyT66
So H500 tires and any 1 5/8 header are not allowed at this race or the 2016 season at sos? Is that correct?
cperry115
And don't forget stickers

sosrs
He tells me he talked directly to this person to answer his question. Does this mean you did not hear from him? I will ask again
arob
Well I guess to be safe you better be prepared to be100% IMCA legal .
JohnnyT66
I did not hear from him and I couldn't find his phone number or I would of just called him....We will make it Imca legal but it would suck to change it then show up and other people didn't have to change headers, tires and body stuff. I only say that because it's happened a few times at other tracks that say they are changing to Imca rules.

SandersonMotorsports
Sorry I do not get on here much, causes issues at times. So the answers are on the right track. USMTS show we are referencing the 2016 Sportmod rules. The rules will be in full effect on our first race. During Safety inspection we noted to folks what will be illegal or changes that will need to be made to be in standards for first points race. With the USMTS there will be leniency but all changes must be complete to IMCA rules for March 5. So all bring your sportmods out and lets put on a great show. Again please call if you have any questions. JOHNNY T. thanks for calling it was good hearing from you.
SandersonMotorsports
I do agree BDR it is most awesome winning with the car in 100% IMCA rules.
Racer26
The 12 & 37 have always been IMCA legal. Headers and body don't help that much.
JohnnyT66
My bad Darin I thought y'all grooved tires lol....but I know that's not why y'all win. Thanks Rob for the answers
Racer26
Sure was nice grooving old tires but now it's not legal anywhere. Looks like we all have to buy tires.
