South Texas Speedway
South Texas speedway will be making the following change in our Bomber rules. A car may be fuel injected as long as it fits all other rules. However South Texas Speedway may place a weight penalty if fuel injection seems to become overly dominate. HiTech
THEREare three or four injected grandstocks at cts .one particular stands out though the others are not slow .we have seen the magic ecm programmer at work in the pits on that car ..last year he could not run with the v8 carb motors at first .now he just needs to fine tune his set up and SEEE YOU LATER .. its a rocket now .and no way to even tech for that unless you hand them an ecm each week . or buy the equipment to check for it .but that would be very costly.the cam rule you have for next year may make it more even along with the 500 carb that's ruled .. injected cars are plenty laying around ... the ones you have to watch out for are the police interceptors .that's the popular one and easy to find at auctions , ..but I think the weight added if needed will help ..injected cars are the future and I don't like saying that but it is what it is ..
