Local acts added to Throttle Fest slate

 

Tough Cookie and Fingertrick will play in Full Throttle Saloon Saturday

 

 

MILLINGTON, Tenn. (August 28, 2015) - With Throttle Fest Memphis powered by Fun Ford Series just hours away, The Full Throttle Saloon has added two music acts to is Saturday entertainment lineup at the August 28-29 event.

 

The bands Tough Cookie and Fingertrick will play live in the saloon. Tough Cookie will go from 1-3 p.m. and Fingertrick will entertain fro

 

The local band Fingertrick is one of the acts scheduled to play in the Full Throttle Saloon on Saturday afternoon at Throttle Fest Memphis powered by Fun Ford Series with FocusFest.

m 4-7 p.m.

 

Also near the Full Throttle Saloon will be the Wall of Death, a motorcycle stunt exhibition. The daring riders of that attraction will race on Friday night as well as at noon, 2, 4 and 6 p.m. on Saturday.

 

Tough Cookie and Fingertrick join a local band list that includes The Dirty Streets, Every Mother's Nightmare, Nuttin Fancy Band, Full Devil Jacket and Wayland.

 

The local bands are just one part of an event packed festival that celebrates horsepower in all its forms including the Full Throttle Saloon, an all-Ford drag race, the Crutcher Insurance Group of Collierville car show, autocross, drifting and of course the rock of Cinderella's Tom Keifer headlining Friday night and Jackyl taking the stage on Saturday night.

 

Gates open on Friday, August 28 at 3 p.m. with track activities bands starting at 8 p.m. Cinderella's Tom Keifer will take the stage at 10 p.m. On Saturday, August 29, gates will open at 8 a.m. and track activities start at 9 a.m. The bands will get started at 7 p.m. with Jackyl front and center at 10 p.m.

 

A weekend pass for the event is still only $35 with an individual Friday ticket $20 and a Saturday admission only $25. Children 6-12 are $10 and kids 5 and under are free.
