NickHolt Posted June 28, 2015 Report Share Posted June 28, 2015 Austin Wayne Self takes 1st ARCA checkered flag at Winchester (WINCHESTER, Ind. – June 28, 2015) – Austin Wayne Self gave a lot of family and friends a big gift Sunday afternoon when he took the checkered flag while winning the Herr’s Chase the Taste 200 at Winchester Speedway. It was his first career win in the No. 98 AM Technical Solutions-Pirate Energy Ford. “I hope everyone liked that burnout,” Self said in victory lane. “It was so great to win in front of so many family and friends. They’ve been coming to a lot of my races and supporting me.” Grant Enfinger finished second, Brandon Jones third, Kyle Weatherman fourth and Justin Boston fifth. The race will re-air on CBS Sports Network starting at 5 p.m. The race took 1 hour, 35 minutes to complete with seven cautions, the last coming at lap 194 for debris.
