Carrying on the tradition of offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience, the 2015 Racers Reunion Banquet will be the place to be for all fans of racing history. Paying tribute to Lloyd Ruby and the Ruby family will be guest speakers, race cars he drove, fellow competitors and legions of fans. Make plans to be in Irving, Texas on Sept. 19, 2015. FRIENDS - Longtime friends Donald Davidson and Johnny Rutherford will be sharing their own personal stories and memories of hard driving Lloyd Ruby. Both men first met Ruby back in the 1960s and had the utmost respect for him, on and off the track. HOST HOTEL - Spring Hill Suites Las Colinas will greet you with a warm Texas welcome, and is located ½ mile from the event. They offer a free airport shuttle and clean, modern rooms.
