rebelracewriter Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 The Dirt will Fly ...Summer 2015 MEMPHIS INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY Dirt Track Groundbreaking Please join us at the future dirt track location of the Start-Finish line at Memphis International Raceway on Wednesday, March 11 at 11 a.m. Memphis International Raceway is the Mid-South's premiere racing facility. The nearly 400-acre property includes a drag strip, tri-oval, road course and a state-of-the-art dirt track scheduled to open during the of summer 2015. The groundbreaking will commemorate the start of the construction of MIR's own 3/10-mile dirt track. The track will host Friday night races and special events. Classes include: 305 & 360 Winged Sprint Cars, Super Late Models, Crate Late Models, Street Stocks, Open Wheel Modifieds, and the 600cc Mini Sprints. Follow the signs on Victory Lane to the parking area. After the groundbreaking ceremony, please stay for a reception with hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
