When I organized the swap meet we had several years ago it was on a saturday when the track had practice going on. Bailey's Burgers was open and there was access to the rest rooms. There was plenty of room in the parking lot and the area that was used for vendors was overflowing. We need to get with the track and set it up a couple of months in advance so as to get the word out and make sure it doesn't conflict with other swap meets or races on the same date. I advertised on craigslist and other sites that were free. More than just racers showed up. Lots of hotrodders and other gearheads too. I used to attend and sell at swap meets starting in the 80's. It was made clear through advertising that it was happening "rain or shine" and for everyone to clean up their area. It went exceptionally well and I still get asked when there is going to be another one.

Great Idea! Guys and gals feel free to haul your stuff to CTS next Saturday the 31st and the main parking lot is yours from 2-6PM to swap/sell your stuff. Please stay towards the grandstand entrance as not to effect the karting customers.

Hope it all goes well we do ask that nothing be left behind please haul off all remaining items.
