rebelracewriter
Well Texana is still available.....Hill Country Raceway too. McAllen is still there as far as I know. At the right price you might save Royal Purple Raceway, but have to reinstall the lights they stole to put at the dragstrip....But, if my sources are correct, it would only be a 2 year lease. There's tracks in Midland/Odessa and San Angelo that haven't been bulldozed yet that I've heard. East Texas Speedway in Petty, Red River Raceway in Wichita Falls, Bronco Speedway in Cleveland and Speedorama in Lufkin need someone to open them. One of the Amarillo/Lubbock area tracks recently closed, thankfully another one up is reopening. Someone could always get Houston Raceway Park and convert it back to dirt, like the old Big H Speedway days. Plenty of options out there armchair promoters....LOL.....All it takes is money!!!! Ain't nobody wanna pull a race car trailer up and down all those hills.
