Here is the form that you will have to fill out and we keep on file for you. Its basic, answer yes or no to the optional equipment. If you answer Yes then fill in the weight penalty. Add them together plus your initial 3100 weight base and you have your new weight minimum you must meet. Bring this form at the time you register or draw.
