MILLINGTON, Tenn. (April 19, 2014) - The Summit Bracket Racing Series presented by: COMP Cams returned to Memphis International Raceway (MIR) over the weekend for the first time in over a month. The weather was perfect and the action on the drag strip was nonstop.

The R.T. Turbines Jr. Dragsters produced a first time winner, Drew Mann Tracey out of the Motorvation Motorsports camp, and the R.T. Turbines D.O.T. Street in the D.O.T. saw David Elam from Covington, Tenn. pull out his second victory of the season with a win.

"There was some great racing this weekend," stated Tyler Crossnoe, MIR Drag Strip manager. "We saw a lot of familiar faces and also had a first time winner in the Jr. Dragsters. The weather cooperated with us and it was great to get the COMP Cams Series back out on the drag strip."

Both drivers posted great reaction times (.029 to a .032), slight advantage to Poindexter.
