(Two day Pit Pass Fri/Sat - $50)March 29 - 9:00am Pit Gate Opens (TPS cars must pit in assigned area. Pit fire extinguisher required at each TPS trailer)SATURDAY - TPS participants must sign correct TPS sheet and wear correct wrist band at CTS (please tell family)NOON - TPS Practice times - 12:00-12:10 & 2:10- 2:201:00pm - Deadline for (1) one gate bonus point2:45pm - TPS Drivers Meeting (non-attendance or no practice receives rear race grid penalty). CTS optional meetings at 3:30 & 3:45pm4:30pm - TPS QUALIFYING TIME TRIALS - 2 Laps - time approximate - Qualifying line inverted by order of entry received.Time Approximate - 9:00pm - TPS FEATURE -25 Laps heads-up - NO GRID LIMIT, dnt's at rear by entry order. Feature order to be posted at CTSNote: If time trials are not held or completed, Feature Race will start by order of paid entry received followed by 2013 Points AFTER FEATURE - Post Race TPS Inspection: weight, carb check, P&G (CTS Trophy presented to TPS Feature Winner, 2nd & 3rd recognized) After last CTS Feature Race is completed, a CTS live music concert will entertain on stage. All TPS drivers, crews and fans are invited.IF POSTPONED - Per 2014 TPS/CTS verbal agreement - Rain Date for TPS Race #1 is April 12 at CTS. Under 18 needs parental release).GRANDSTAND - $15 - adult ($12 Military, Police, Fire, Students (with ID) Children 12 & under, Parking Lot FREETPS RULES - TPS 2014 Rules & Specifications (Note: Windshields and rear windows required or be issued a large and increasing weight penalty) Each driver must receive scanner on 154.570 MHz at all times when on track.TRANSPONDER - Must have an AMB Transponder on at all times on the track, which is required to be timed and scored. (David Mackey has 2 transponders FOR RENT - $50. Reservation required. Call David at 512/913-9364).INVITED CARS - 4 cylinder CTS & CCS Mini Stocks accepted provided in compliance with their last year (4 cylinder only) rules & weigh by TPS rules. Invited car upgrades OK: CTS & CCS may use: TPS 13” Hoosier Racing Tires or DOT tires, may use after-market suspension parts, lock drive wheels, may not have external nerf bars, must use rear view mirror(s).MEMBERSHIP - All drivers are required to hold valid 2014 Texas Pro Sedans membership to drive on track. One race TPS memberships are available @ $25. Car number priority goes to TPS full season $75 members.TROPHY - A Trophy for the TPS Feature Race Winner will be presented by CTS (TPS 2nd & 3rd will be recognized)POINTS - Points awarded per TPS Rules - 3 points to fastest new record (16.374) - fastest non-record wins 1 pointK&K INSURANCE - Insurance coverage limits: Liability - $1,000,000 (each occurrence), Medical Excess - none,Accidental Death & Dismemberment - $1,000,000 (Injury must be reported on race night to the CTS Manager).TPS TIRES - Hoosier F 60 8.0/23.0-13” tires sold by SS Motorsports at Central Texas Speedway.Call: Jerry Spencer @ 512/784-1192 at Central Texas Speedway, Kyle, TX.
