TPS 2014 Race Schedule

 

39^th season - 9 races @ 2 tracks – Mar 29^th thru Nov 8^th

 

Texas Pro Sedans Race Director David Mackey has announced 2014 racing season verbal race agreements between officials at Central Texas Speedway, Kyle (CTS) and Corpus Christi Speedway (CCS) and the Texas Pro Sedans (TPS).

 

Highlighting the schedule are four special races on which the Texas Pro Sedans, Texas Asphalt Limited Modified Series and Dwarf Car Racing Series of Texas will be featured at CCS. The TPS schedule also highlights the return of TPS to Central Texas Speedway to fill out a full TPS season of five races at the CTS track in Kyle, TX.

 

The 2014 season will be the 39th consecutive year of TPS four cylinder stock car series racing in the southwest.

April 26 --------- CCS – Qualifying Time Trials, 35 Lap Feature Race

May 17 ---------- CCS – Qualifying Time Trials, 35 Lap Feature Race

June 14 --------- CTS – Qualifying Time Trials, 25 Lap Feature Race

June 28 --------- CCS – Qualifying Time Trials, 35 Lap Feature Race

July 12 ---------- CTS – Qualifying Time Trials, 25 Lap Feature Race

August 23 ----- CCS – Qualifying Time Trials, 35 Lap Feature Race

October 18 ---- CTS – Qualifying Time Trials, 25 Lap Feature Race

November 8 -- CTS – Qualifying Time Trials, 25 Lap Feature Race

Date ---------------TBA – 2014 TPS Awards Dinner (date, time and location to be announced)

 

TPS Postponement Dates and Track Policy Agreements:

TPS postponement dates at CTS - April 12, May 31, August 9 and September 6

 

CCS - rainouts will be cancelled and made up on the next scheduled race date at CCS or CTS

Note – Some race formats to be further determined and possibly changed and announced later
