Nick, good luck finding out any true info. It's sad that WF is without a track anymore. It could have been bought and re-opened had the previous guy had not removed the asphalt and then decided to not open it up. With the drought we are in it will be a hugh task and expense getting the watered down and keeping it in racing shape. Good luck to whom ever buys it, well if it ever gets bought.
