Jamie, You have the option of using the "outline" setting or the "standard" setting. The outline setting shows all the replies in an outline form while the standard setting shows them where you have to click on each reply to read that reply. To get to the options for that topic, you have to be looking at a post in that thread. In the upper right hand corner of the post window you will see "Options."
