txtom Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 Was eating at Fuschak's in San Marcos last Saturday, and ran into 70's racer Allan Luksa. He was adorned in Longhorn attire headed to the game. Luksa ran at Pan, Austin, Hwy 16, and Meyer in Fords in the mid to late 70's. We didn't discuss it, but I think his last year was around 79 or so, by then Ford had gotten out of racing, and engine parts were getting hard to find, and expensive when you found them. I sent him the link to Randy Shannon's site that has has a couple pics of Luksa's #21 Ford in it, as well as the link to Speedzone here.
