JKeys
He's fixing to do a DOT inspection on you. Make sure all repairs on the DOT vehicle are written down with date and mileage. If he's treating like a business, make sure all your inspections are up to date. Good luck.

Truck99
It's not a witch hunt guys. It's a process that was triggered by the tickets Greg got several months ago. Look at it like this - IF the ticket had actually been issued to an illegal trucking company trying to make runs through our country, this process would be a follow-through to make sure that rogue company was in compliance. The DOT/CMV rules are actually in place to make our highways safer. Most of us wouldn't disagree with that. My hope is that once this process runs its course, the Spreens will finally be rid of the CMV "tag" that was wrongfully placed on them.
jwmbishop
Thanks Chase - I was biting my tongue and couldn' tget past the fact that once dropped in exchange for plea - charges can not be picked back up. But now see they are looking for continued violation as well as ensure the dropped charges were done in good faith (that is - not based on material mis-representations). Makes me feel better about the system!
