blackjack
Just wondering if a purestock from I37 would fit in at this track, and if so what final gear would be right for this track. It would be a one time deal on a off night at I37. thanks for any info.
badfastracer
I dont know what yalls rules are but on the web site they should have the rules listed. As far as the final gear, a final lower than a 3.42 might be to much. The track is mainly real smooth and dry slick with wide room to race. Rio Grande is similar in size and shape to Corpus maybe a little bigger... I ran a 6.50 at Corpus last year and was running about in 6th with cars that had alot more motor than I. I would think 6.54 to 6.78 depending on how many RPM you want to turn that motor... To be safe 6.20 ish would be safe depending on what Tranny you have in that car... badfastracer
I was talking rear gear but yes around that final is correct. Maybe if the track was a half mile that would work lol
