As you can see, the lifters are the same for the GX270 and the GX390. Was that long pair of yours OEM? These parts are manufactured in several different places and I'm sure the tolerances are pretty loose (since they weren't designed for a high-lift cam). Anyways, thought you'd want to know.

BRIAN, I'M NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE. BUT THEY ARE ABOUT 1/8TH LONGER.SO I GUESS THEY WILL GO INTO THE TRASH. I THINK I'M GONNA ORDER ENOUGH PARTS TO BUILD A PROTO MOTOR FOR NEXT YEAR. i KNOW TUESDAY NIGHT WILL BE BUSY AS WE NEED TO STRAIGHTEN UP OUR AREA,AN THEN WATCH THE RACE AT RED RIVER RACEWAY SAT NIGHT.
