movie at Pan American

Recommended Posts

I just received my copy of "Race with the Devil". It is a typical "B" movie of the 70's. not great and not terrible. the only thing that interests me about it is that the first few scene's were shot at Pan Am on Topperein. It is just a little bit of Texas racing history. Ricci Ware even received credit for his one line.

just thought that it might be interesting.

Here's a little bit of trivia.......

What other motion picture did Ricci Ware appear in, and have a small speaking part??

The movie included one of the biggest film stars of the last century and several other major actors.

Wowzer....

that didn't take long.....

The Alamo is correct. Ricci is one of the two sentrys at Sam Houston's camp when Smitty rides in with news from the Alamo.

Of course, the movie also included some guy named John Wayne.
