SImple questions:, Who owns the track, whose running it? Options

Can anybody in a position of authority confirm the track has truly been sold to Shelma and no longer belongs to Nell?

If so, what does Nell have to do with track prep? What happened to the equipment and manpower that was doing such a good job before global raining washed it away?

Shouldn't be hard for the new owners -- if indeed that's what they are -- to clear this up and end the speculation. The purpose of this post is NOT to fuel rumors but to, hopefully, put them to rest.

Everyone is looking for someone with authority and many are quick to answer. Were just not sure who is in charge, or even what the official track name is. There are many entries indicating Shelma as the "new" owner, however, after the post today from Cindy Hunter, there were many questions raised. Most of the answers are coming from Nell. To my knowledge, Txenergy (Shelma) has not posted (since) that she is still currently the "new" owner.

It would be a shame to see the hard work on the track be washed out, regardless of who is going to run it all. Good Luck on finding your answers
