Guys, I know you are mad about the crap with the track, but who are you mad at. Apparently the track is back in the old owners hands and they are not communicating. J and S has communicated pretty clearly up until something happened with the contract or whatever happened. So call Nell or Roxie and complain to them. J and S are working to fix whatever went wrong, I can't even get a hold of them. This weekend is in Nell's hands apparently, so you have them to be mad at for no response.

nick- all i'm saying is maz wants answers along with alot of other people as to whether or not they have a place to race this friday,,,,,,,,,,in 2 and half hours it's thursday......and still no answer?
don't ask for support , proclaim your loyalty to the drivers and fans and then leave them wondering whether or not they can count on you.....
there are threads on this site preaching about not using this site in a negative way and showing support to your local tracks (my personal opinion it's a bunch of holding hands and slapping a%#es - but i don't want to brow beat egos).......YOU WANT SUPPORT - ANSWER SOME DAMN QUESTIONS! if not, don't write off critisism as some people "just being negative".........i'm sure owen will welcome them with open arms.

One thing I can say for you Crazy, you call em like you see em!!!!!! smile.gif

Nick, as you are aware, my comments are/were not and haven't been directed towards yourself. By the way, as you know, I have discussed this matter with you in private, but without a resolution.

Well then, I guess it kinda narrows it down to Deb Williams since your refer to "she" and since there's only a couple of us who have full moderator capability on here and only one "she."

But, once again, if you have a problem with the way either Deb Williams or I moderate the site, please take it up with either Deb or me, as the case may be.

Thanks.

Nick

Nick,

I was speaking to Cindy on the phone and she was asking me how to edit the comment as we were talking I pm'd Debbie, Debbie stated she could edit whatever Cindy needed.... The story needs to get straight... Cindy then went in and edited the next comment.. stating she was sorry about what happened... I told her how to edit.... So if anyone is at fault its not Debbie...!!!

First off I can appreciate anyone trying to open or keep open a race track! I know personally how hard it is to run it week to week. Most of us drivers are A___holes to start with and dont like our racing world rocked! I wish the current owners all the luck in the world but I can remember just a few short weeks ago they held a meeting telling everyone they were broke and wanted us to come up with the answers to keep the track open. Has something changed? On the otherside the people who were wanting in at first looked to be the right people for the job. New website was underconstruction, track preparation was ongoing, but most of all they were communicating to the rest of the world. That was the best part of the whole thing. However if J S Promotions still has plans of getting into the racing business you better learn to toughen up and get some thicker skin. You will always have someone saying something about anything you are doing and once the racing starts it only gets worst. I dont think anyone really knows what was posted, said or even spoken to run them off but I hate to tell you this, That is the Nature of the Beast! I am not interested in I 37 just simply reopening and it being a weekly disaster. I want it to take off, thrieve and make alot of money. It would be really cool to have them host big events and big crowds. Hell I would be happy for now if the water truck worked consistantly and the grass was cut regularly. Remember this is just one guys opinion and it doesnt mean that much anyway. Lastly one bit of advise dont have an entire article wrote up in the San Antonio Newspaper unless its a "Done Deal".

Naw, Mike, I just consider the source..... Actually, I let Brad get his shots in, and whenever I feel like it, I put one on him that pays back everything all at once. He's quiet for awhile, but then he'll start again, and I get him again, etc......

In case you don't know the story about the coloring books and crayons, ask Brad the significance of that. It involved a driver's meeting at Kyle, and I will let young Brad fill in the rest of the details....!
I will monitor his reply to make sure he got all the facts straight as they actually happened.......... wink.gif

Maybe he will describe just how red his cheeks get when he has been embarassed........

The first part you are right on about us drivers. The last part about J&S you are wrong. Hopefully this will all come out.
